Chili Mac picOk that's what chili mac looks like but not how I make it. So here's my recipe.
1 pound cork screw macaroni
3 pounds ground beef
2 medium onion chopped
1 head of garlic minced
1 can chipotle tomatoes and peppers
1 can Italian chopped tomatoes
1 large can crushed tomatoes
1 tablespoon Italian spice
1-2 tablespoon chipotle chili powder (pretty hot so adjust to your taste)
Boil macaroni, drain, and set aside.
Brown ground beef adding onion and garlic.
Add meat mixture to macaroni.
Add all 3 cans of tomatoes and spices.
Let it simmer for a few minutes to mix spices.
Serve with cheese on top, sour cream, and diced avocado.
